Double Flap Fun Fold Card - Baseball Father's Day Card

Design Team Member Kate here and I'm back with another fun fold tutorial. This is a different version of my Double Flap Fun Fold Tutorial I shared previously. Same idea, just a different orientation. I am using this double flap fun fold card template for a baseball themed Father's Day card but it can be easily adapted to fit any theme or occasion!
Double Flap Fun Fold Card Template
For this card , you will need 2 card bases. These are cut to 4 1/4 x 11 and scored at 5 1/2 inches.
One of the cards will be cut at 1 1/2 inches from the left on the top panel and the other is cut at 2 3/4 inches from the right on the bottom panel (see photo below).
Remove the panels as shown in the photo below.
Lay the 2 full panels on top of each other and attach full backs with adhesive. You may have to shave a small silver off the sides to allow for easy folding.
Now just decorate. I used the panel in a landscape orientation, but you could easily decorate in a portrait orientation.
You can even decorate the second panel (I added the baseball). I also added an additional baseball cap die cut to the inside of the front panel to give it a more finished look when you open it up.
Now I have a unique handmade card perfect for Father's day or any baseball loving friend. With this basic double flap fun fold card template, you can now customize this for any ocassion. I can't wait to see what you choose to do with it!
