Gift Card Policy & Terms
A simple guide to purchasing, using, and managing gift cards
Gift cards are available for purchase on our website in various denominations.
You can send a gift card directly to a recipient by checking the “I want to send this as a gift” box on the gift card product page. This allows you to include a personal message.
The gift card will be delivered by email, along with your message and clear instructions on how to redeem it at checkout.

- Can be used for any product in our store
Important: Promotional discounts and coupon codes do not apply when purchasing gift cards. However, when using a gift card to place an order, any valid coupon code or free gift offer will be honored at checkout.
Expiration & Fees
Gift cards purchased from The 12x12 Cardstock Shop do not expire and have no dormancy or maintenance fees. Your gift card will retain its full value indefinitely.
How to Use Your Gift Card
ENTER GIFT CARD CODE
Simply enter the unique gift card code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes are not case sensitive. If your purchase total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method or combine multiple gift cards.
CHECKING YOUR BALANCE
You can check your gift card balance by clicking the link in your original gift card email, which will take you to your gift card page showing the current balance.

Since gift cards are delivered electronically by email, there are no shipping charges. However, when you use your gift card to purchase products, our standard shipping rules apply (orders over $80 ship free in the US by USPS Ground Advantage).
Returns & Refunds
Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If you made a purchase using a gift card and need to return the items, the refund will be credited back to your gift card balance.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards Gift cards are treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please safeguard your gift card code and treat it as you would currency. If you've lost your gift card email, contact us at support@12x12cardstock.shop and we can resend it to the original recipient email address.
Redemption Terms Gift cards can only be redeemed at www.12x12cardstock.shop Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law Gift cards are transferable and can be gifted to others Gift cards cannot be reloaded once the balance is depleted
Business Continuity Gift cards remain valid as long as The 12x12 Cardstock Shop continues business operations. In the unlikely event we cease operations, we will provide reasonable advance notice and a redemption period for outstanding gift cards. Questions?
