Subscription cost includes free shipping for US and US territories: No additional shipping charges will be applied for US customers. Unfortunately we are unable to ship this subscription internationally.

Subscriptions DO Auto-Renew: Initial subscription term applies. Subscriptions are locked and cannot be cancelled until your term requirements have been met. After your term is completed, you will be switched to a monthly subscription at the same price, which can be cancelled at any time.

Signing up for a subscription: When you initially sign up you will be charged for the next available box. No other items can be added to subscription box orders.

Cancellation Policy: (1) Subscription boxes cannot be cancelled until you have met your initial terms. (2) Once you have met your agreed upon terms, you can cancel up until the day before your next box has been charged. Once you have been charged for a box, we cannot cancel that month's box as your box is already being prepped for you. (3) If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us at support@12x12cardstock.shop for additional options.

How to Cancel Your Subscription After the Initial Term: To make changes to your subscription including cancelling, please log into your 12x12 Cardstock Shop account profile and at the bottom of Account Details you will see a button titled Subscriptions that will take you to the Subscription dashboard. There you will see a red cancellation button (visible only after you have met your subscription terms).

How to Skip a Month: Once you have met your initial terms (1,3, or 6 months), you can skip up to 2 months on your subscription and still keep your discount. To do so, log into your customer portal and scroll down. You will see a list of upcoming charges. Select a month and choose "skip payment".

Note that you cannot skip a month until your initial terms have been met.

Shipping Dates: Depending on your order date, boxes ship as early as the 15th of the current month up to the 10th of the following month.

How to Change Your Address: Please log into your 12x12 Cardstock Shop account profile and at the bottom of Account Details you will see a button titled Subscriptions. From there you will go to your subscription page where you can make changes to your address. Address changes must be made by the last day of the month for the next month's box. (Example: For May's box which ships May 10-15, address changes must be completed by the last day of April). Customers are responsible to update shipping addresses and provide accurate shipping info. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay shipping back to them.

Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed on the same day each month as your initial payment. Example: If you signed up on April 12, your monthly subscription will be billed on the 12th day of each following month.
