Refund policy
The maximum refund period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Sorry, no exceptions.
We are happy to work with you on product returns, with the following stipulations:
RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING DAMAGES
We take great care in the packaging of our items to avoid any type of shipping damage, however, once it leaves our warehouse, unforeseen events do sometimes occur.
If Package Protection WAS selected, please contact 12x12 Cardstock Shop (support@12x12cardstock.shop) to file a claim. You will need your order number (or the email address used to place the order) and a description of the damage. Package Protection ensures your items are quickly replaced for you, while we deal with the shipping carrier.
If Package Protection WAS NOT selected, please contact your shipping carrier directly and file a claim with them (USPS or UPS). Keep the damaged products AND packaging as the carrier will most likely ask you to provide photographic proof of damage, or perhaps even bring the items to their local office for physical inspection. Follow the instructions provided by that carrier for reimbursement.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse. In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact us directly at support@12x12cardstock.shop or 801-717-9006.
RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please be sure to double check your mailing address before submitting your order. Once a shipping label has been printed and the package is on it's way to you, 12x12 Cardstock Shop is not responsible for correcting issues due to an incorrect/inaccurate mailing address. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying to have it reshipped to them at the correct address.
RETURNS DUE TO UNWANTED PRODUCTS
Please note: AS STATED ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE, ALL SALES FOR SINGLE SHEETS OF PAPER ARE FINAL AND NOT RETURNABLE.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We gladly offer refunds for paper packs and other unopened merchandise that can be put back into inventory. We cannot accept returns that are soiled, bent, opened, or otherwise not in "new" condition. In addition we cannot accept returns on Gift Cards, Digital Downloads, Clearance or Sale Items, Special & Custom Orders.
Only the purchase price of the product is eligible for refund. Original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount. (NOTE: If your original order was over $80 and qualified for free shipping, BUT a refund for returned items will cause your original order value to fall below $80, we will deduct the original shipping charges paid by 12x12 Cardstock Shop when calculating your refund.)
Please contact us (support@12x12cardstock.shop or 801-717-9006) to let us know about the return and allow us to issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number which you can write on the outside of the return package. (See below for return shipping address).
Please package your returned items carefully so they arrive to us in like new condition. This includes wrapping cardstock items with cardboard packing to keep corners from being bent, and adding bubble wrap or other protective measures. It is your responsibility to package items well for return. Note that single sheets of cardstock are often the most easily damaged, so take extra care with those.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within three (3) business days
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
It takes up to several days for refunds to process and show in your payment account. If you’ve waited several days and have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@12x12cardstock.shop.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange something for another item please send us an email at support@12x12cardstock.shop to obtain approval. Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges for exchanges. We will invoice you for the outbound shipping charges prior to sending out an exchange order.
