Not as black as when it was AC Cardstock, looks like a faded black now. Has a satin-y or eggshell finish now, not as matte as when it was AC Cardstock. It still cuts well enough, but I'm disappointed in the color and I don't like the finish. No, it is not the same product under a different name, the product is just not the same. I will live with it, of course, but while I am finishing out the last of the AC Cardstock, this Precision stuff doesn't match.
I have checked with our American Crafts marketing team and they have confirmed with the supplier that the AC Black precision cardstock is the same as AC Black cardstock (item #71082). They have not changed their manufacturing process or high standard of quality.
