Hey craft friends! Amanda here from Lace Designs Studio. It’s that time of year again when everyone’s asking for the cutest carnival party favors. Today I’m giving you details of assembling this 2-in-1 popcorn stand treat box. Use it designed as is, or dress it up for any theme. You can grab the SVG file for this DIY carnival themed party favor here.
If you want to make your box the same size as I have in the photos, use the dimensions shown in this screenshot. Upload to your software of choice and cut. You’ll only have to flatten any layers you want to print; all score lines have been pre-attached for you.

I started off by peeling the film off of my acetate and gluing to the inside of each open window on the box layer. Then, I folded along the dashed score lines and glued the tabs together.

Next, we’ll work on the bottom box. It’s important to note there are two sizes of stripes, there are two of the smallest width and those go glued on the smallest section of the box while all the others remain on the remaining panels. I added glue to where I wanted the strips to be and then applied the stripes down. Next, I folded along all the score lines and glued the tabs together to form the shape of the box.

Now it’s time to move onto the lid. Just like the other pieces, we’re going to fold along the scored lines and apply glue to the tabs. There’s a additional top panel piece there if you’d prefer to have two tones on the lid like I do - omit if you only want to have one color. Place your lid onto the bottom portion of the box and then glue the top box to the lid from the back area.

All done and you have the cutest party box in town with 2 areas you can fill!

I hope you enjoy making this fun popcorn stand gift box and happy crafting!
