Hello 12x12 Cardstock Shop fans! Christi here from Scrapping For Tranquility bringing you another monthly collaboration between 12x12 Cardstock Shop and Dreaming Tree. It's July and half way to Christmas. In the craft world this means, Christmas in July to start our Christmas crafting early! For my Christmas in July project, I wanted to make something special to give someone WITH their gift. I decided to make this adorable Snowman Gift Box, an SVG project from Dreaming Tree.
This gift box made of paper was so fun and easy to make. If you are looking for a beginner 3D project, this would be one I would suggest. It took me less than 30 minutes to complete.
If you look closely, you will see I used an embossing folder for both the sides to give it a little more depth. I used a snowflake and star embossing folder from Darice.
Putting the gift in or even filling it with candy for that special someone is quite easy as his hat comes right off leaving plenty of room for a gift.Supplies:
- American Crafts Textured Cardstock in Ocean, Butterscotch, Blush, Black
- Mirri Sparkle Glitter Cardstock Variety Pack
- Stripped Pattern Paper from Echo Park All Girl Collection
